Eco-Grief Circle
Wed, 14 Aug

The climate and ecological crisis can feel overwhelming. This is a safe space to share difficult feelings with like-minded people. It can be very healing to realise you're not alone, and to be able to express fear, sadness and other emotions with others who understand.

About the event
An eco-grief circle is a simple listening circle where you can share difficult feelings around the climate and nature crises. It can sometimes be hard to talk about this if others in your life don't understand - or if you don't want to burden them with your worries. Everyone has time to speak, and listening to other people who share your concerns can be very healing. Most people go away feeling more positive.
The circle will be held by Lucy Harrison, Kingston Hive member, experienced facilitator and advocate of non-violent communication (NVC).
