"Taste Palette" is supported by Greater London Authority Hong Kong Fund. We invite HKer food businesses to bring their products for participants to taste and to share their startup journey. Facilitated by artist Carmen, everyone will use the food/drinks as an inspiration to create illustration.

We are collaborating with Shalom Heung Gong, a HK style pastries and milk tea seller. They’ll be bringing a tasting menu to our 2nd “Taste Palette” food & illustration workshop: Puff Pastry Egg Tart, Short Crust Pastry Egg Tart, Chicken Pie, Chocolate Strawberry Roll Cake, and HK Style Milk Tea.
