Watch this space...

Kingston Hive is a collective of local volunteers aiming to take over a disused shop space in the town centre, transforming it into a hub to benefit people and planet.

We're at a really exciting stage, planning and reaching out to the local community to involve as many people as possible.

Welcome to Kingston HIVE!

We’re a group of people of diverse ages and backgrounds, who all recognise the need for resilient and compassionate communities as we face the climate and ecological emergency. The Hive will be a place for people to come together, to share practical skills and emotional support. When we take over the space, we hope to offer vegan food, repair workshops, clothes swaps, education sessions on subjects such as renewable energy, film nights, music, listening circles and much more! We’re part of the Climate Emergency Centre network - similar hubs are springing up all over the country.

Hopefully we’ll have premises soon, and can start making our dreams a reality. Come and join us! We need a range of skills and experience – but above all, enthusiasm, a love for Kingston and passion for our amazing planet. We meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month, 7-8.30pm, at Kingston Environment Centre in New Malden.
