About the event

Come to this exploratory workshop to share your feelings about the climate crisis, be reminded that you have power to make change happen and go away with a tangible personal next step on the path to a greener world. To round it off we will engage in Japanese embodiment exercises to remind us of our bodily presents as a part of nature.   Daniela is a Climate Activist and Shiatsu Practitioner & Teacher. Her passion lies with the various emotional responses to the Climate Crisis, especially how humans are and can deal with those feelings. Through combining embodiment and ‘Work that reconnects’ exercises in her workshops she is offering a space for humans to explore their current emotional state and next steps to take.
