Eco Grief Circle (1)

The climate and ecological crises can feel overwhelming. This is a safe space to share difficult feelings with like-minded people. It can be very healing to realise you're not alone, and to be able to express fear, sadness, anger and any other challenging emotions with others who feel similar. Everyone gets an equal chance to speak and listen, and we start and finish with some simple grounding exercises. 

The session is held by experienced facilitator Charlotte Haigh, one of the Hive's directors. She has been running death cafes and eco-grief circles in the area for several years.
