About the event

WHAT TO EXPECT Lacto fermentation is a simple and safe way to preserve foods by encouraging good bacteria. Foods fermented this way help to make certain nutrients more bio-available, plus have the added bonus of encouraging a healthy gut bacteria. So as well as preserving foods, it is very healthy.
