About the event
Nonviolent communication (NVC) is designed to support more empathic, helpful conversations, no matter how challenging the subject. From personal and work relationships to the climate and ecological emergency, NVC can help you communicate calmly and assertively, and hear others' needs.
In this friendly, informal session, NVC advocate Lucy Harrison will introduce the theory, and then we'll practise some simple role-playing exercises.
